Terms of Service

Version 1.0.0 · Effective 1 July 2026

These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you use the Money Muster website and Service, including how our subscription, billing and cancellation process works. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Money Muster website, tools and services (the “Service”), which are operated by Money Muster Pty Ltd (ABN 64 654 461 882) (“Money Muster”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The Service is intended for users in Australia, and the educational content, tools and resources made available through the Service are prepared and curated primarily from the perspective of Australian citizens. The content may not take into account circumstances, rules or considerations that may apply to other categories of users, including permanent residents, temporary residents, foreign residents or non-residents.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Money Muster provides factual financial education tools, information and content for Australian citizens, including superannuation fee calculators, superannuation performance comparison tools and data, age pension calculator and superannuation learning masterclasses. The Service is provided for educational purposes only and is NOT personal financial advice, taxation advice or legal advice. Nothing in the Service takes into account your individual objectives, financial situation or needs. You should consider seeking advice from a licensed financial adviser &/or registered tax agent before making financial decisions.

3. Your account

To use the features of the Service you need to create an account using a valid email address and subscribe to the annual subscription. You may choose to use an alias instead of your real name as your display name within the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription, billing and auto-renewal

Access to the Money Muster Platform Service is currently offered as a 12-month subscription, priced as displayed on our website at the time you subscribe. Your subscription is automatically recurring: unless you cancel it in accordance with this section, it will automatically renew for a further 12-month period at the end of your current subscription term, and you will be charged the then-current subscription fee for the renewal.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Price changes. Money Muster Pty Ltd (ABN 64 654 461 882) reserves the right to change or increase the price of the subscription service at any time. Any price change will only take effect for your next renewal onward — it will never change the price of a subscription term you have already paid for. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a price increase before it applies to your renewal.

Your responsibility to cancel. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel their subscription, if they do not wish for it to automatically renew, via the “Manage Subscription” section of the website before the end of their current 12-month term. We do not send a separate reminder before each renewal, so please keep track of your renewal date.

Effect of cancelling. If you cancel your subscription, auto-renewal will be switched off and you will not be charged again. You will, however, continue to have access to the Service for the remainder of your current, already-paid 12-month subscription term. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for any part of your current term that has not yet been used.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users’ accounts, or our underlying systems;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the proper operation of the Service; or
  • share your account credentials with, or provide access to your subscription for, anyone else.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, calculators, design, branding and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to Money Muster Pty Ltd (ABN 64 654 461 882) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use only, and may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on trusted third-party software and infrastructure providers to operate, including an authentication provider, database provider, Stripe (payment provider) and email provider, data analytics provider and web hosting provider. Your use of the Service may also be subject to the terms of those providers where you interact with them directly (for example, when entering payment details with Stripe). Further detail on how these providers handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service, including all calculators, figures, information and educational content, is provided “as is” for educational information purposes only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any content or calculation results, and past performance information is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Muster Pty Ltd (ABN 64 654 461 882) excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

No part of the Service is intended to be personal financial advice, taxation advice or legal advice.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Cancelling your subscription is handled separately, as described in section 4 above.

10. Changes to these Terms

As Money Muster grows and the Service evolves, we may need to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated version number and effective date. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. Contact us

If you have any questions about these Terms, please use the Contact Us form on the website, or subscribed users can send us a message via the Money Muster Platform Service.
